Producer and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Extensive experience producing large-scale 3D builds and 2D print methods, interactive launches, digital retail installations along with architectural remodels and new construction for both residential and commercial use. My role is often diverse and crosses multiple disciplines and platforms. In conjunction with finding creative and strategic solutions with on brand vision, I guide clients through the creative and production process with consideration to the needs of the project as well as the objectives and challenges that can be associated with any design. I manage expectations throughout the development and execution of projects while also overseeing the internal team as we work together to make it all happen. I oversee deliverables to ensure they are on brand, on time and on budget while taking part in creative and production brainstorms that develop solutions and execution strategies for the project. I am proficient in production and engineering methods, budget forecasting, timeline and workflow management, vendor negotiations, and team management.
